Worst dentist office I have ever gone too waited 3 months to get is with a horrible tooth ache appointment day came all they wanted to do was take X-rays and wouldnāt extract the tooth put me on an antibiotic wait another month or two when to the extraction appointment and they refused to pull the tooth due to they took my blood pressure with a pos digital readout wrist blood pressure cuff called a week ago to have them send the $1200 in X-rays to the dentist I am switching to and the receptionist gave me attitude as soon as I requested they be sent over go to my appointment with new dentist today and they never sent the X-rays over seems to me that nepa dental wants the pay check without doing the workā¦.

Constantly updating their āterms and conditionsā and wonāt give you full details before you sign. Great health care when they arenāt busy, they make you wait 40 minutes in the waiting room but you canāt be more than 10 minutes late or cancel your appointment without 24 hrs notice. A revolving door of drs, while their quality of care declines, they care more about the number of people they get in there then the number of people they actually take care of.

They are great with my daughter and she actually enjoys coming to the doctors. Allison Bunnell has truly and literally saved my life multiple times. I am so grateful for the staff here.

Highly recommend this office. The staff members truly listen to what Iām saying, are always helpful and friendly, and are excellent with my children. My whole family is seen here and we never have any complaints. Iām so thankful for everyone at Nepa, they really go above and beyond!

These people have no empathyyy!! They turned us away because we were 2 minutes past their 10 minute late rule after my daughter threw up all over herself in her carseat and I had to clean her up in the parking lot. I understand they have a schedule but 2 minutes?! I'm so upset I could literally cry š©
