Dr. Dy is a gem. A great primary care physician! I have had people tell me how glad they are to have Dr Dy as their doc, not only because he is expert in so many medical areas, but also because he listens and treats everyone with respect. I agree. Also, receptionists, nurses, people who draw blood, etc, etc are always courteous, friendly, and do their jobs well. So glad for Laurel Health!
Was lied to by the nurse bad initial visit. I will be going elsewhere for my primary care provider.
Per the internet, the Mansfield office opens at 8:00am. When I called I was cut off short explaining my situation. What office are you calling asked the nurse and abruptly told they don’t open until 8:30. Time to find a new medical facility.
Receptionists that answer the phones are very rude, and aren't helpfull at all.
