I tried to make an appointment with Sheryl today to see dentist DongHun. She was very rude and condescending. She made it seem like I was wasting her time.
Don’t go to Christine Cobb, staff is horrible they are rude, never ever return phone calls, I have reported them that’s how bad it is , find a lung dr that cares and has good staff do ur homework , they have neglected my husband terribly
I paid $10,000 out of pocket only to have them confirm I had a kidney stone which I was already aware of. I wish they explained the expenses at the ER knowing I was uninsured beforehand and I would have just laid out in the parking lot until the pain went away.
Worse place ever. Had an appoint and sat there for over an hour and haven’t been called. Everyone else that came in went back and got seen and I’m still waiting. I couldn’t give enough negative stars on this place
I have called the Pike Family Health Center multiple times, morning and afternoon, concerning appointment scheduling or prescription renewal issues. At least 6 times over the course of the past year there has been either a shrill high pitched tone or else fax tones on the line on their end at various times and I have had to retry multiple times over the course of multiple days. I even spoke to the I.S. or I.T department about this issue and it never gets fixed. I guess the new CEO doesn't read or address unsatisfactory reviews just like the old CEO before, who even had the gall to take some documented shots at the hospital system on issues that occurred under his watch. It's not likely to improve if the problems aren't investigated and addressed.
