The receptionists and front desk staff here are always so horrible! Every time I call I always get attitude from them or placed on hold and forgotten about. Now with covid, any time you call in for any symptoms, even if you know you are not covid positive, they will refuse to talk to you and say you need to wait for a screen call. Then, hours later, when you get the screening call, they won't even schedule you for an appointment if they determine you aren't covid positive, you have to call back and schedule with the horrible receptionists. In 4 years I have only ever had one receptionist be polite and I haven't seen her in a year. It's just ridiculous how you can't even be seen by your doctor to get antibiotics for strep throat they claim because of covid so now I have to suffer because they don't want to do their jobs.
