It was an absolute waste of my time going here.. I got told from the centerville clinic scheduling department and another location of centerville clinic that they take children and they don’t. Why wouldn’t they tell me that ON THE PHONE before I made the appt and drove all the way out there? What I got done yesterday could have been done somewhere else that could work on kids. The dentist was extremely ignorant too. Doesn’t know how to talk to people and her tone was just off.

I received an invoice from Centerville Clinics in Fredericktown, Pa. regarding services rendered that I was uncertain about. So I called and discussed the issue with Debbie in the accounts payable dept. and she explained to me in detail how the invoices get generated. She was very customer friendly and oriented. She was very sincere in regards to my concerns and solved the invoice issue.

Another disorganized mess of a place that plays Russian Roulette with your life and livelihood. Stay away from these clinics; their TOTAL Health Care is a big Fat JOKE! My former "Total Health Care" team from Centerville Clinics: FACT 1: I have heard nothing from any of them; no follow-up of any kind. FACT 2: I seen Dr. Varun Dobariya in the beginning of September 2025 he ordered Blood work, reviewed my CT Scan, and sent me on my way with 2 Kidney Stones, an Inguinal Hernia, and Intestinal Blockage, no direction or follow-up of any kind and did not follow through with a biopsy requested by a Urologist. FACT 2: I seen Danielle Guerrieri 3 times during the Summer for my protruding hernia, she reviewed my CT Scan, ordered me antibiotics & steroids and then strung me along the whole Summer. Mind you she was very ill herself, and did recommend I see a Urologist, which I did with no follow-up with her or anyone else at Centerville clinics. FACT 3: NO ONE at this facility would order, approve, or follow through with a biopsy on my swollen lymph node & enlarged prostrate which was recommended by an outside Urologist. FACT 4: My Mental Health team consisting of Courtney Smith and Dr. Mehta continued to dismiss my health problems and the affect my care was having on my mental health, resulting in merely Pill Pushing as a solution. Keep in mind Courtney is a CRNP and everytime I have seen her, my insurance was billed for seeing a Doctor which she is not! This Cracker Jack Box was more concerned that I wasn't in a relationship than the protruding lymph node on my right side. FACT 5: I was told I didn't have an infection by Centerville Staff and 15 minutes later they called me back to tell me they made a mistake and that I did have an infection. FACT 6: I had 2 CT Scans and both revealed the same things; a hernia, kidney stones, and Severe impacting and nothing was done about any of it and no one willing to help me get answers or relief I DO NOT like doing this, at all! It gives me no pleasure. But this is my reality, a reality that many face in their struggle for Total Health Care. I am in physical pain and my mental health is in serious crisis AND THIS IS WHY! I now have to wait even longer to get Cardiac Clearance, January 5th to get cleared for hernia surgery. This could have and should have all been done in the Summer, but Centerville Clinics Mismanagement, Disorganization, and screwing around with my case has led to extended suffering and hardship and there is just NO Excuse for it.

Absolutely the worst professionals I've ever seen , I get 1 prescription from my PCP there and it takes 2 to 3 weeks for a return call if any is returned , Talking to the front desk will get you transfered to the nursing station and 98% of the time they hang up on you , Honestly I do t see how or why people deal with this as patients, It's uncalled for and very disrespectful as a medical facility to act this way , But they will do nothing even if a comaint is made to the higher ups , These doctors and employees are literally there for a pay check and not a professional standard in there body. I had to switch PCP's just to get my heart pills after not having them for 2 weeks .
