There's never anybody in the referral office always have to make unnecessary trips for things that are simple

Horrible customer service. Very hard to get someone on the phone. They don't care if your pregnant or on your way to death.
Hard to get a person on the phone. Office Manager, Administration, Dentist and Doctors do not communicate well with patients and each other.
