#1 they are difficult to find #2 they are not open for walk in people in crisis until 3pm #3 people in crisis are not told clearly to return at 3 when they are open for there ER office and are not sent to an alternative open office prior to 3pm. #4 people in crisis do not need the ER --they are too upset to deal with any type of wait and whatever else an ER might subject them to.

Good luck getting financial assistance. I definitely qualify for it given Im currently on unemployment and live in income restricted apartments and they didn't give it to me. They will make it difficult, just like Wellspan.

Was very nervous about how I was feeling to bring me in to urgent care. The girl at the desk was kind and patient and understood. Katelyn was very thoughtful also and eased my mind and nerves and took good care of me with testing. Justin came in after and thoroughly explained everything and listened and offered great advice and gave ideas how to treat. I am fine now and grateful for their kind and knowledgeable help.

Do NOT recommend. I'm 35 weeks and trying to switch providers. Filled out a packet to have them fax my records before my appointment with my new provider. It's been 2 weeks and they still have not faxed my records and everyone I talk to tells me to call someone else. When I hit third trimester, they scheduled the rest of my appointments without consulting me. They all had to be canceled. They call me almost every time I have an appointment scheduled to tell me they messed up and come at a different time. Out of ALL the providers I've seen I feel like only 2 of them actually care. Everyone else just try's to get me out.
