Does not respond to voicemails left at the office. I have called multiple times over the past 3 years to get dental work done. Not once have I received word back. Unless you drive all the way out there, you're not getting a call back.

If you need a tooth extracted DO NOT GO HERE. The dentist didnt pay attention to the xray and attempted to remove the molar, got the cap off but left the roots saying "it happens" which in return I had to pay 1000 dollars out of pocket that I cannot afford to get the roots removed. I also hemorrhaged bad. What a traumatic experience caused by a incompetent dentist. Billing will not return my calls or messages. They won't refund me my $100 I had to pay just to be seen.

My sister went here for a simple tooth extraction and the dentist completely butchered her tooth. She was in extreme pain, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff brushed it off with “oh it happens” and sent her to an oral surgeon to fix their mistake. Now this office is refusing to pay the oral surgeon’s bill — the same oral surgeon they referred her to because they messed up her tooth in the first place. This place is irresponsible, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about patient safety or accountability. Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT take yourself, your family, or your children here. Ever.

Why schedule appointments and the staff doesn’t show up and start checking patients in until after scheduled appointment ? Also there is too much personal conversations going on when the patients should be getting checked in and also apparently with to much personal conversations going on is another reason they don’t answer your calls or if they do you get put on hold and disconnected. Claiming they are federally funded they won’t be at the rate they are going .
