I had been a long-time patient at this practice and previously had very positive experiences with the physician assistant I saw for several years. After she was no longer with the practice, I was scheduled with a physician instead, and my experience was very different. I came in for a follow-up appointment to review CT scans and X-ray results related to ongoing health concerns. The physician was approximately 40 minutes late to my scheduled appointment. When he entered the room, he did not introduce himself or acknowledge me and spent several minutes typing on the computer without asking any questions. When I began explaining my health concerns, I was told that I was “giving him too much at once” and that, because it was our first meeting, I was “putting too much on him.” I had brought all relevant medical records with me, but none of the reports were reviewed during the visit. No recommendations were offered, and I felt I had to guide the conversation regarding next steps. Overall, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive, with very limited communication and very poor bedside manner. I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. This was disappointing given my previously positive experiences at this practice, and I hope patient communication and professionalism are taken seriously going forward.
They are always late to your apt. 30 minutes of waiting while listening to the nurses and doctors laugh in the hallway. The appointment was scheduled at a time they are at lunch. Why schedule for 12:40 if your at lunch til 1? And the main dr here is never here. Always seeing an assistant.
i will NEVER go back! the therapist like to go against hippo law and speak about your sessions amongst the whole office.
Switching docs they’re rude don’t wanna help you get the right meds. I been with them almost 10 years and I been trying to lose weight I tried everything starving my self over eating eating healthy I told them I was eating salads all the time know what they told me salads aren’t healthy your probably soaking it in ranch and I was like nope just grilled chicken lettuce and alil cheese. So done with this place.
Staff is rude they decline to live by the do no harm oath they write personal feelings in your medical records instead of actual medical notes they accuse you of swearing and using abusive language when all you say is kindly remind them not to call after 3pm. They refuse to give prescriptions and they are very unprofessional and need fired in my opinion
