I love Dr Luty. He is a no BS kind of dr and knows his stuff. If you are dr shopping for meds, this isnt the place. They are trying to clean up reputation and doing it well. However, he needs to do a staff reset for sure. Whether it's operational processes not in place or not enforced, incompetent or uncaring staff, or knowledge gaps.... they really need to clean that up. In particular, you need to have a compassion speech with Anna. She lacks in that department and it should be the #1 characteristic of anyone caring for the sick. I know you see all kinds of stuff everyday, but each individual person that comes through your doors is a single soul looking for some kind of help. Treat them as such.
What a group of very kind people's working there. Very helpful, knowledgeable from the time I got in to the parking lot. I was greeted with welcome to Oregon. The care they showed me when I had a bad sinus infection was above and beyond. I left thanking them from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much from the lady who answered the Phone to everyone who helped me. God bless you all.
I used to be a patient of Dr. Rhineharts before moving out of state. He genuinely cares about his patients well being and I wish more doctors were more like him. He's willing to go the extra mile to help his patients. I'm proud to have been a patient of his.
Wonderful staff, masks are still recommended but not mandatory. They have a small but well stocked OTC medical supplies and first aid products area inside their pharmacy. They are in the process of building a brand new Health Center right on Highway 101 in Wheeler that will have all the same services, and it will also include cooking classes to teach healthy eating. And I believe it will also offer fitness and wellness classes. I'm not sure when it will be completed, but the original clinic will stay open until the new center is open.
Excellent service. It's worth a 50 mile round trip to be able to pickup Rx's within 1 or 2 days. The staff is excellent & the paging system keeps a smooth flow for pickups. I've waited as long as 3 weeks from 1 local pharmacy & although the Safeway pharmacy is excellent, I am unable to stand in line very long.
