I personally don't prefer West Salem clinic to their Clinic in Monmouth Provider K. Gloor and the staff thier at the Monmouth office make you feel like family and listens and makes you feel they care ,Thank you Northwest human services in Monmouth.

Messages and phone calls are not returned... prescriptions are not refilled and not to what I requested... practitioners don't return my phone calls and make excuses like they weren't in the office. Management can't be contacted and they hide through the opacity of the clinic... shame on you for absolutely not caring for either me or my wife!
