My son has had two dentist appointments in the last 2 days. Both providers, Dr Randol and Dr Barnett were so kind to him and made him feel super comfortable. We always have great experiences.
So I'm sitting in the dentist chair. She is feeling around in I let her seeknow she is hurting me. First thing she say is you want a new provider. . she had awful bed side manor . Just super rude made me feel super uncomfortable
I've been trying to get in here for years now to be seen, but they're absolutely horrible about actually getting work done. I first came in with an abscessed tooth November of 2024, they tell me that even for an emergency it wouldn't be till March or May that I could be scheduled.. "just come and sit here all day hoping someone cancels" they say, so I go and pay cash to have it pulled by Aspen immediately. Then I scheduled the rest of the stuff with Aviva. As time passes I got some xrays/exam, a cleaning and now, today, a YEAR LATER, I run 5 minutes late to my first set of extractions so I call to let em know and get told that the dentist is in the middle of a big procedure and doesn't wanna rush mine so I'll need to just reschedule.. literally doubled booked, but I find out by calling to advise them i was 5 minutes late and got told don't come.. So they then asked if an appointment at the end of May works.. "What day?" I ask "Friday. They said "I told you the only day that works are Tuesdays..." They then got mad, and hung up on me.. just to try calling me back 5 minutes later.. No wonder people hatenAviv.
They are repeatedly dismissive, while using the same inaccurate information of my most urgent or chronic needs. They denied an important MH appointment they set for me, I was supposed to have this morning at 9:15 AM, Aug. 26, 2025. They continue calling me to deny the support I need from them to help maintain my basic needs, health, and occupation. They reported me to my insurance provider for being upset with their lack of support. Why don't they report themselves for their errors, try to listen, or make the needed corrections. They are working for themselves, not listening, and not recording my chronic health issues. Zero stars or minus stars.
It was my first time there since the remodel, it looks great clean, easy to find where you need to be. The room I was in is very roomy with 2 chairs for "family" the table chair thingy was very comfy and it takes your weight😲. My intake was great I had a newbie who did great👍🏻. Dr was nice and listened to me asked ne questions and did an actual hands on check. "Like they used to.. way back when" 😁
