I always feel LeeAnn Osbourne gives me the quality of care that helps keep me healthy. I also believe Mosaic Community Health is an excellent source for healthcare in our community.
My recent appointment was the worst I've ever had in my 30 years on this earth. I went in with 10/10 pain. Dr. Diana Burden gave me a pregnancy test and that is it. I am so malnourished and dehydrated, I very nearly passed out from the nurse attempting to draw my blood multiple times and failing. That is something ive never experinces before and it was incedibly scary. I belive I should have been sent to the hospital to get some IV fluids but I went sent on my way by the nurses and told to "drink more water". I didnt need your office to charge my insurance over $200 to be told I'm not pregnant because I certainly knew that there was no possibility. I've since been diagnosed with a neurological condition in my face known as the "suicide disease". I mean what did I expect from a doctor who came to the appointmentment in pink jeans and cowgirl boots. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend at all.
My family has always been well taken care of when needing medical attention & then some! I’m so thankful for Leeann Osborne & her team! They go above and beyond for any care needed..
I have been seeing doctors for many years. I can honestly say that I have never been treated as well as I am down at mosaic. Dr Burden and the entire staff at mosaic always have time to listen to what you have going on. You never feel pushed out the door. There is never a question that is too dumb to ask and their main concern is about you and your health. They always follow up to make sure everything is going as it should.I came in with kind of a unique situation and ready to make some changes in my life. And they jumped right on board and started directing me in the right way to accomplish what I was after. Going to the doctor is no longer a dreaded thing. I always leave there feeling confident and good about the appointment. I could not recommend them enough. Always on task always an open ear and you can feel the fact that they absolutely care about you and your success. Thank you Paul Tuter
My doctor Osborne is absolutely wonderful. She’s sassy but extremely caring. She’s thorough and she cares she checks up on you. She laughs with you but it’s serious when she needs to be too. It’s perfect for me. I want caring, hugs at times. Then at other times I need it said plainly what needs to happen to get me on track. She is a great doctor. I would recommend her to anyone.
