Love this place! From the front desk to the back office everyone is so nice and welcoming! I take my 7 year old here and even though it’s not a pediatric dentist office they know exactly how to work with kids. Special shout out to Dr. Roshdy, Kylie and Jose!! 🙌🏼♥️ thank you for helping my child not be afraid of the dentist!
I had four teeth removed, and when doctor kyle geelan gave me my numbing shots.I hardly felt them and i've had dennis in the past.Who have done it?And I could feel where they gave me the shot a week later.I hardly, and I mean, my mouth feels one hundred percent better. So I am very appreciative of dr.Geelan
We had such a wonderful experience here with Wallace Medical. We did wait about 20 minutes after our scheduled time, but honestly, what clinic doesn't have extra waiting time? The staffs were respectful and welcoming. Marquishia Winters, FNP, is the reason for my five stars. I highly recommend her! She was very attentive, thorough, and answered all of the many questions we had. She was patient, respectful, and kind. We are grateful. Thank you!
Im done with this place. I could write 10 paragraphs exactly why, but Im just going to address today. I was denied an albuterol inhaler...an INHALER....they DO understand that when one is needed, its to BREATHE, right? ...yeah, thats kinda why I asked for one. Well, thanks AGAIN for all of your assistance and helping me when I need it. And yet they wonder why I dont come to appointments and Im pissed every time I call them? Its not hard to be a decent PCP. And, Ill give it to the staff, theyre very kind in person. But, prescribing me the wrong meds, denying me meds when I need them and just overall not handling ME properly... after Ive been extremely detailed about all of my issues, is simply unacceptable and they are not the doctors for me. If you want doctors who think they know YOU better than YOU do, this is the office for you. As for me, I dont appreciate it at all. I want a doctor that understands who they work for, not the other way around. I would understand if it was pain meds, or some kind of controlled substance,,but I literally needed to breathe and they told me no. Sik
They made me wait a half an hour after the appointment was supposed to start. It's once I got back to the room I waited for a half an hour for someone. The doctor was in there for like 15 minutes and rush me through everything. She was not very good. Then they were supposed to give me a shot but it already been an hour and a half since my appointment started and my ride was already there so I couldn't even get my shot. If I could give it less than one star I would
