We were very comfortable here. Everyone was helpful and kind.
Horrible facility. This is an unclean place, with high turn over on their “FPN’s”. If they don’t stay why should the patients stay with Waterfall? Waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment, listened to Pasternak talk about HIS life and problems instead of listening to patients. Terrible bedside manner, misdiagnosed MULTIPLE times and is worse than a third world clinic. I will never jeopardize my health by going to this horrible clinic!!
Front office staff are kind and helpful. My counselor is an excellent listener and seems to genuinely care about helping me with my issues. Stefanie, from Social Services, helped me to get reduced copays, among other helpful things. Thank you!
Run, do not walk away from this assembly line clinic. They want the SS dollars and deliver substandard service: from the condescending check-in to the intial BP and weight screening by a very rude and uncaring young lady. Now almost a year later, they've scheduled 2 different appointments I have not asked for and are billing me for a charge that has never been detailed for my first ever "wellness check", a service that they billed SS for close to $500 and was supposed to be part of my exam. They want the SS dollars so bad....it smells. RUN, Run, run....
I saw a new provider there named Kimberly Talley and she was the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor I've ever had. She knew all the medication names, generic and the brands, which is rare and very much appreciated. As a low income person, I'm used to being treated like crap and then told to just tough it out with my problems. She not only listened, but she also scheduled all the testing I should've been able to get done last year after a surgery. I didn't get those tests done because like I said, usually providers don't like low income people so they basically ignored all the problems so they could get me out as quickly as possible. Long ago this clinic had problems but every part of my visit was excellent this time so I'm very impressed. I'm sure that she won't stick around since no providers do but for now I'm going to take her advice because she's obviously educated and happy to help so I'm so happy about that after years and years of doctors being slightly annoyed every visit even though I don't even ask for controlled substances or anything.
