Nicki, white girl with buzz short sandy brown hair is dehumanizing and emotionally abusive. Luckily, i found out the evil before giving them any of my info. i had to use bathroom (before case mgnt appt) cuz i was on period bleeding heavily and needed to change tampon. i was taking a few extra minutes trying to clean up cuz it was leaking a bit. nicki pounds on door and says, “you cant be doing that in here, you need to leave.” doing what? having a period? youre not allowed to be human here? so, either they have cameras in bathroom or she was socially profiling me ASSUMING i was doing something worse? either way its wrong. youre breaking privacy laws, disrespecting personhood, and dehumanizing humanity as a whole. wouldnt be surprised if this was a front organization for mk ultra. i thought i would be treated kindly here since they supposedly help the homeless. this place is fraud or they unknowingly hire abusive people that shouldnt be working in social services. i didnt give her my info, she bullied me into giving name and dob, gave her fake one. had her print out housing list with numbers to see what she would “help” with. she printed out resource list, pointedly highlighted “behavioral health” and said, i highlighted the one i think will really help you. passive aggressive much? no, im not to blame. you mistreated me and i called you out on it. take accountability for your actions nicki.

Heather is the most amazing woman! She was so kind and patient and helpful. Even in the middle of her moving offices she always took the time to answer emails and return phone calls and helped me get into a place from off the streets. she is wonderful!!!!! Thank you so much white bird!

Today was the first night at my second job. I had left my cell phone at home and had no way of calling for a ride. (15 pedestrians said no walking past.) I approached the two ladies assisting a man out of the back and asked for a call out and they called me a taxi to ensure a safe ride home. Wonderful service and excellent staff!

I have called this place on multiple occasions at my place of business to help in certain situations. They are a great police/emt and are specifically trained to work in situations that need deescalation rather than the law to step in. They have a fantastic mission statement that they follow and hold themselves too. In my opinion, they are one of the best parts to my local community.

My wife and I went there last night as she was in crisis. I had no idea you could walk in for counseling until I checked the website. I thought you could only call Cahoots, and we're just outside the area. The staff was kind and caring, checking on us as we waited make sure we were as comfortable as possible. And it's a very inviting old house with comfortable seating. The counselor was one of the best we've ever talked with. My wife is feeling so much better now. Thanks for helping us as well as all you help.
