This is the worst place to ever get medical help from. I have had many experiences with this place but this last time was the last time anyone from my family will go here. Dr. Thomas is the rudest Dr I have ever experienced in my life his bedside manner is horrible. He has no business being a doctor and his medical license should have never been granted to him. He belittles vetrens and harasses them. This man is a poor excuse for a doctor. If I could give this place a negative star rating I would.
Couldn't get an appointment sooner than a week away, my medical problem got way worse before then and I had to go to Hermiston instead. They say they leave slots open in case of people needing immediate attention, but we called 5 minutes after they opened and they already had all slots filled. Very likely. edit: Unfortunately I still live in Boardman, so these guys are still my PCP. Still can't get an appointment in sooner than a month away. Gonna add this, since I see I'm not the only one to experience it: I have also had them send me to the ER before, rather than just treating me themselves for trivial medical issues (they though it was appendicitis. I still have my appendix, it was never my appendix. "Drs" don't listen to their patients, what could have been a twenty minute antibiotic appointment turned into 4 hours of pain). 11/2023
Finally done with this clinic. I am so sick and tired of having to deal with incompetent people at the front desk and doctors who don’t believe or listen to you. If you want quality health care and a scheduler with half a brain, you might even have a better chance at Good Shepherd (who’s no longer considered a hospital) of all places 🤷♀️
This is the best, though also the only, doctor's office in town. Though I would go to them even if they weren't alone. Staff is friendly and bilingual and the facility is brand new and very nice. Waits can be a bit long but that is because the medical staff actually talk to you and make sure your concerns are addresses rather than rushing you in and out. I trust them not only with my health but the health of my family without a single reservation in my mind. PA David Collins in specific is exceptional in skill and bedside manner. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
We saw both David & Kris. Both of the gentlemen were extremely thorough & professional. The receptionist & the medical assistant were delightful as well. What an awesome group of health care professionals to care for the residents & visitors in Boardman. I would highly recommend this medical facility to anyone needing assistance.
