Teresa Green is not someone that should be examining and treating patients. Once she arrived, she asked me how long have I been sick and how long have I been taking the over the counter medicine. I told her 4-5 days I’ve been sick and then I told her I’ve been taking medicine for 3 days. She then proceeded to tell me that it takes more than a day to work, even though I clearly said 3 days. When I reiterated the 3 days and that I’m aware of how long it takes for over the counter medicine to work (I’m 35 and have 2 children), and that I’m a full time student and needed some relief, she proceeded with a smug look and continued to try and argue with me. I then proceeded to ask for another provider. I’ve been waiting for over half an hour now as retaliation for requesting a provider that will actually listen and exhibit some kind of empathy. This was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. She did not listen to me and couldn’t even show some decency for a patient that’s been sick for several days, losing sleep, having a hard time with a persistent cough. I’m sure she doesn’t treat patients like this when her boss is present or near by. I’m sure she exercises certain guidelines whenever she has someone nearby she has to answer to. Teresa Green, came in with a Maduro Nike Tech suit and was rude, did not listen, and then told me it takes longer than a day for medicine to work after I clearly said I’ve been taking it for an ongoing 3 days after being sick almost a week. It felt very discriminatory and at the minimal disrespectful.
I have always had great experiences with this facility and doctors. The only thing is its far away and it was the only option but they. did have a pick up option, which most places do not. Worth it! TY Caregivers.
Morton Comprehensive Health Services & Pharmacy has been so cost effective since I have become a retiree on a fixed income that it is a win-win situation. The icing on the cake is how close it is in proximity to my home on Marshall off from the Historic Greenwood area. Not to mention that the staff is always welcoming no matter what the season is or time of day!! Thank You Morton for being here to take care of my health issues, eye care & dental care!! R.L.H.
First of all this review is not to do with the facility as a whole, it is about the security officer that was so disrespectfully rude on 10/24,2025 around 2 PM. I was there to deliver food to an employee there, I pulled under the awning by the door, I got out of my car to get the customers food. The security officer approached me, started yelling at me to move my car & yanked the food out of my hand. I was like I need to deliver that to the customer. You don’t even know who that is for, and he was just yelling back. You need to move your car, and I’m trying to call the customer to let them know what just happened and then I’m saying to him as he still walking away the employees name so he could get them their food and fortunately the employee did not answer their phone, but I did send them a message what happened which this is not the employees fault for the unethical behavior, but I’m doing this review for future people that deliver to this facility, beware heads up of being disrespected and approached to move your car. He could’ve asked nicely, some people do not have any morals to say, please and thank you.some people just yell at you and are demanding on a power trip. No one should be talked to like that especially when you’re there to deliver someone’s lunch.
What a wonderful place, a god sent! Lost my PCP for my meds & had been checking in on this place and have it a try. I had scheduled an appointment and then arrived & was quickly seen. With no insurance they do a sliding scale based on income which was great. This complex also does, optometry, dental, & behavioral health services. I made appointments for all while was there because it was all needed. The dental was able to get me in for the immediate consultation right then and there. Was nice once you get logged into the system to go to the other departments and make appointments. The staff were wonderfully pleasant & helpful. The place is clean & maintained so well. I highly recommend and will be using them for quite a while. I only wish that I had came here sooner.
