I called to ask about a referral and was treated poorly by someone named Amanda. She was very unprofessional on the phone by cutting me off and when I tried to explain I had already had this issue once and corrected it, she proceeded by telling me my issue with the primary care provider wasn’t her problem and patched my call over to someone else. I am cancelling and not going back. I am so tired of my community not being able to treat each respectfully. Shame we can’t treat each other with common decency and have to resort to self fulfilling measures even in a setting such as a medical/professional environment. I’ve been nothing but respectful and do not appreciate the attitude and lack of empathy, so I will take myself somewhere else.

I absolutely LOVE crossover. I started off seeing Holly until she switched clinics then I started seeing Dr. Schaller. They both are amazing. They have never left any of my questions unanswered, they both eased any of my concerns. I would recommend both of them! I love that they are faith based and will pray for you!!

Dr. Laura truly takes the time to get to know her patients, making the experience feel very personal and caring. I would highly recommend this office to anyone—10/10!
