The provider I saw barely paid attention to what I was saying and left before I could tell her everything that was wrong and that I needed help with. I ended up having to go to urgent care go get antibiotics for an eye infection she dismissed and told me to just put a warm compress on. I also needed a CT scan because I was having tremendous pain that turned out to be kidney stones. In the time it took them to call me and see if I still needed the scan, I literally found another primary care provider, had the scan, and was successfully treated for kidney stones. I do not recommend this facility. The receptionist is very rude and did not pay us any mind until her coworker told her we were standing there. She said there were no appointments for my husband and I yet when I walked away and called I was able to set an appointment up by a receptionist at the Garnett location I went in to my appointment last week and Erica helped me and was very kind. If you need any dental work please do not go here, the garnett location was 100 times better.

I have 20 teeth left to be extracted. However the office on 31st has it noted that they all need to be surgically removed. THAT IS NOT TRUE. HOWEVER since your office obviously does not want to help me any longer I will go elsewhere for my dental needs. Thanks a lot. In the future don't approve people for free services if you don't want to provide them because that's what it seems like happened to me. Once it was realized that all of my teeth needed to come out you no longer wanted to help me after pulling 7 teeth at the 31st location. They referred me to this location I did have an appointment last year however I missed it because I had diarrhea on the day of my appointment. I was told to call back and reschedule I did that today and was told that everything needs to be surgically removed Again THAT IS NOT TRUE. I CANNOT MAKE YOU HELP ME. I'm okay with that. Be Blessed

I am writing this review for my mom. She wanted to say how great dental is here at this facility. She is hard of hearing and doesn’t understand things easily. The receptionist Monica is so sweet always kind. This facility is farther then the other clinic on Garnett but the way we get treated here is completely different to there. We didn’t get the lady’s name but the receptionist every time we would take my mom she would seem to hate being there never was really helpful and always very forward with things, seemed as if she didn’t care much to help. We need more people to be patient around this world. We appreciate the receptionist and facilites kindness.
