The Dr are great. I am disabled veteran and seen them through the VA. The clinic filed form wrong and want me to pay bill. They have contract with VA stating The veterans are NOT LIABLE For BILL. They keep harassing me for they wrong doing said they didn't care about VA. Saying I the veteran am liable. I checked every time I went in to make sure still covered. They didn't do something. Veterans stay away

She saved me from a very deep depression during a very difficult time in my life. We love Dr Roach and the vision center and I’ve used him for 24yrs and he is amazing……however, DENTAL…Please get an estimate of cost and what EXACTLY they’re doing before using them. If you don’t have insurance don’t go. A routine dental cleaning cost us $455 😭😭. We can’t use sliding scale and don’t have insurance. So hard for families to make ends meet and you think you’re going to a place that’s “there for you”. Ahh no….not even close. My DIL found a place in Ftsmith $89 cleaning / X-rays and free consultation for a year if you have any problems! And estimates of cost before anything is done.
