HORRIBLE!!!!! On December 3rd I asked doctor Craig Dawson for some meds I desperately needed and he said he would prescribe then for me. Then went to the pharmacy to get my meds then the pharmacy told me I had to wait till the next day for my insurance to cover them I assumed it was the meds I asked for but it wasn't he never called my meds in! We tried to reach him for days after we found a new pharmacy that delivers after my mother's car broke down to transfer my meds to that pharmacy and we then the pharmacy tells us we need the doctors approval before we can give you those meds!!!! But now on December 11th he only called my phone once when my phone was turned off he still hasnt contacted me again to ask me the questions he should have asked on the 3rd before he can approval my meds to the pharmacy! Its now 8 days without the meds I need cause he is so bad at his job! I know have a new doctor appointment somewhere else on December 26th to get my meds! Im done with this doctor and place!

Level 8 Google reviewer with 12 million views and I have never seen a health organization with such blatant disregard for human health I Came for my appointment I was very sick I had called 3 months prior asking for help and never even got a return phone call so I show up for my appointment there was a lapse on my insurance instead of taking payment up front or billing me they just refused to see me they are not about healing anyone here they are only about money greedy people who apparently don't care about my health

I've been coming here in good times and in bad. They have the BEST pharmacy, well trained nurses and doctors. They deal with almost everything, and if they can't do it in house, they will direct you to someone who does. I've been coming here now for 28 years, so I know what I'm talking about! They take all major insurance that I know of, and if you don't have any insurance, they have a sliding scale fee. This really is a clinic who really and truly cares about their community. Please check them out! Their newest clinic is the one I'm at now. It's off of Sunny Lane Rd., around SE 50th Street. Let's fill them up folks!
