I’m glad we have appointment times and have to be there 15 minutes early to only be seen hour and half after my scheduled appt time seriously every visit for me and my kids service is horrible nobody cares to actually help you and find solutions to your problems.

They do not answer the phone. I called the 877 number, which disconnects while waiting for someone to answer, and the 918 number which just rings. I called multiple times. Totally unprofessional.
