They do NOT accept Community Health Care insurance in spite of what GOOGLE makes it appear as. ...very disappointing. Especially with so many struggling with this type insurance and searching for good Primary doctors.
Horrible. We should have taken the first disturbing incident as a true indicator of the employees here. It was so disturbing that it was reported to management. The local options were limited so we made another appointment and this time came to the dental department. Again, there was a disturbing sign of what was to come but I just dismissed it and went on. There is a female employee in the dental department who is an obvious trouble maker. She caused trouble for me long after my visit. To say I am shocked by this person's behavior is an understatement. You must be your own advocate above all and do not let any healthcare person bully you into doing things that are only about the medical place's profits. I have never experienced such a troublemaking person who would resort to what that dental employee did. Disgusting behavior and is inexcusable. She is either a dental tech or dental assistant. Short woman with brown hair. I would not keep an employee on the payroll who subjects patients to that kind of treatment. We will never return to this awful place ever again. Just plain horrible. And to think that patients have to put their trust in these people. NO WAY.
I started using Caring Hands Dental when my dentist, Dr. Bailey Harrison, moved his practice there. I am leaving a one star, because I was very disappointed with the front desk staff. Every time I arrived, I was met with a unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Twice, I took off work and learned that my appointment had been previously cancelled with no reason given. I understand that offices get busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be a priority.
dr .Martin was awesome she helped my daughter find an amazing oral surgeon to help get her wisdom teeth out. Even though she has super high like 10/10 high dental anxiety. Dr Martin was super understanding and found the perfect one to help . Thank you so much
Been going here 5+ years. Stacy Scroggins is a wonderful provider and does anything she can to help you. Most of the nurses here are wonderful as well and care about the patients. I do have a hard time getting an appointment in a timely manner because I will have to call repeatedly multiple days in a row to get anyone to answer and set appointment and typically there are no appointments for a couple weeks unless you do an urgent care appointment and see a different provider. Sometimes the front desk clerks are rude or try to rush you off the phone when you just need an appointment, if you can get them to answer.
