DO NOT RECOMMEND. Went in for walk-in and waited over 30 minutes (there was barely anyone there & we were the only ones in the sickness area) finally went back to be seen took at least 1 hour for the actual dr to come see us, when it was supposed to be a 10 minute swab and they would be right back. Told us everything was negative, barely checked us over then when we told her our throats were hurting she did a swab on my husband, but not me. I also told her I had fluid on my ears, I could feel and hear it. Said everything looked fine, took another hour to get the strep swab back. Then told us to “treat the symptoms”. Fast forward to Saturday night I get the most awful pain in my ear, which I wouldn’t have had if the dr would’ve looked in my ears better, and my ear is bleeding! Go to a different clinic today and they gave me shots because my ears were so bad infected! I cannot hear out of my left ear. All I hear is ringing, due to negligence of this Dr office!! You could literally hear them just in the back talking, giggling, and laughing. They do not care about their patients!! They did this the last time we seen this Dr with my daughter. And we had the flu!! She didn’t do anything for us except again tell us to “treat the symptoms! DO BETTER PUSH FAMILY MEDICAL!!!

Came here last year for a tooth extraction and actually am just now getting home from my 1nd visit. Dr. Bob Womack and his staff are a dream team. Fast, Efficient and friendly. Always makes sure you are comfortable and pain free. GAoes et your pace. There is absolutely no reason to be scared of another dental visit as long as you go see Dr. Womack and his staff. 1000/10 will always recommend.

PA P. Brown is phenomenal. (Susan was great too when she was there.) I hope she (Brown) stays with the clinic for many years to come as she's my favorite medical professional I've seen to date, and I've seen countless amounts of them in my life. Clean facility, especially in the rooms. I've always appreciated the nursing staff, they're good. I've had one very bad experience with a physician there, and thankfully she's no longer with the clinic and I don't hold the clinic at fault for that one person's incompetence. Appointments are available in very decent time slots and are usually next day if you so desire. Financial staff is polite and always greets you with a smile. The one time I've used the dental office I had a good experience and would use them again. Overall, a lovely medical professional group that I feel very lucky to have access to in our very rural area. I highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received when I visited the clinic. The receptionists were polite, helpful and attentive. The medical staff behaved in a professional manner and they were receptive to my thoughts and concerns regarding my health and the strategies available to treat my medical problems. Well done! I will be returning the next time I am in need of medical care.
