Went to Dr. Ziegler for dentures and every time I went he was rude, short, and completely unhelpful. My teeth are not straight with my face (like tom cruise). They dont stay in my mouth. The teeth are way too long. And his response to me was there is nothing to be done. Refund the money. The problem is I'm 32 and had already been without teeth for 2 months. Such a terrible experience. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Well I took my husband up there on 12/30 for a tooth that was bothering him. He just wanted it pulled since it's been hurting him for awhile and all night. I talked to the lady on the phone and said that we are driving all the way to battiest from Hugo to get this done since every other dentist is on vacation. She said that is fine to come. When we got there we waited in the waiting room for an hour before they even saw us which is fine because we was a walk in. When we got in there they done an x ray that we didn't want done we just wanted the dang tooth pulled. The dentist came in and proceeded to tell us that it's Dr Pepper what's doing that to his teeth. He told us that we had to see and orthodontist because he isn't going to pull that tooth. He gave my husband antibiotics and pain mess for a week. My husband is in so much pain he can't hardly deal with it. He just wanted the tooth pulled and they refused to pull it. We drove and hour and a half for nothing this is day two and he is still in so much pain he can't hardly deal with it. That place didn't do nothing for him so now on new years weekend he is having to suffer because the meds are not helping one bit. We will never ever go to this place again!!!
