They should change receptionist, the girl is kinder than the boy every time I come he always has a problem and in passing the guy make me paid extra when the girl she ready told me it was $25 the consultation, every time I come he behaves in a way that I did not want to help people al comes out of necessity not for pleasure and bumping into this type of people instead of helping make things more difficult when I came to ask for help the girl who attends for the aids behaved in a very nice way Quite the opposite of him and the other staff, equally very friendly. Literally sitting in here right now for no reason. I called made an appointment, they said everything was good. Now I’m here and it’s a million and one problems. My doctor is not free for our appointment. My insurance has not removed my provider like they just said it was removed a couple days or I COULD NOT MAKE AN APT, that’s why I had to call and fix that before I could even make an appointment, now I’m here and its they called me but I didn’t answer.. But Y’all just took down my number before we got off the phone, my number is literally on my new application I filled out, and on my insurance. Last year same thing different day. I’m not gonna apprehend the doctor. But disappointed.

Doctor Jay is untrustworthy. She refused to even try stimulants for my severe ADHD even though they're the accepted first line of defense, citing worries of "mood cycling" because of a bipolar misdiagnosis I was very clear and adamant was a misdiagnosis. But the medication she would prescribed instead? It causes mania. So saying mood cycling was a worry was an outright lie. She also tried to prescribe me chantix, a medication with a horrible track record of terrible side effects including worse symptoms than mood cycling and potentially life ruining depression. Does not listen to patients, does not care about patients, is an outright liar. She will treat you like an idiot child and a drug addict just because you want life saving medication that's the accepted first line of defense for your condition. Anyone with ADHD: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Edit: For those of you who may not be aware, there is a documented epidemic of women with ADHD being diagnosed with bipolar and then even when they realize they have ADHD, having that diagnosis held over their head in order to refuse care and gatekeep stimulants. Doctor Jay either doesn't know this and is therefore not educated enough in her field to be worth your time, or she's actively complicit in medical sexism.

Staff is amazing. Always helpful. Place seems a bit small from the outside but it's definitely big on the inside. Doctors are great. No complaints.
