I like Russel Peters, and would have rated 5 stars, however, the staff has ruined the experience. Not once but twice, with two children, they have messed up yhe appointments. I needed to take my daughter in for her school vaccinations and had an appointment scheduled for 330pm. I had to take off work to make this appointment as school starts next week. I get to the office and the secretary says the appointment was for 130pm. They tried pulling this with another child as well. After telling her that I was told by a staff member that it was 330, she proceeded to tell me they were all booked for the afternoon and I'd have to reschedule. There was no one in the office and the nurse/assistant was listening and watching behind a crack in the door. I drove by the office a half hour later and the parking lot was empty. I feel the staff just did nit want to do their jobs. Very poor customer service and treatment.

Don't go there that Dr works with the same Dr at Clarence Community Health Clinic. They are a team. They don't care about the patients just putting money in their pockets and messing up your body. They both got reported to different hospital and that hospital agreed that they should not be treating people that way at all. DON'T GO THERE!
