Unprofessional, bedside manner sucks, wait time is anywhere from 1 hour to 3, you always have to call in the to get your referrals because the doctors and/or nurse practitioners never send them, also the receptionist suck!

Do you wait over your appointment time? Yes, sometimes you do. Waiting past your appointment time is annoying but, consider this, it is likely because the provider is doing their best job to spend as much time with their patients as possible. If you want a perfectly on time appointment, go first thing in the morning. This clinic provides a service to the community at little or no cost. Shame on anyone for speaking ill of a location that literally saves lives that no one else cares about! You can go here and see literal angels like Doctor Amanda McCormick that puts her heart and soul into taking care of her patients. I have visited some of the nicest offices and hospitals across PA, VA, NC, and SC. I would rather sit in this location, just because of her! She will always give you the time and service you deserve. I will never speak ill of people who work somewhere for what I am sure is less compensation they could receive at other locations, because they want to do the right thing for the community. I know I will follow Dr. McCormick and Dr. Maggio to any location they may choose to relocate in the future. Those two individuals took my care to another level and I thank them both from the bottom of my heart.

Appointment was at 4:45. I got there on time. Waited 40 minutes in waiting room. Got called back waited an extra 20. Doctor never came by. When I got up to ask they said he was with another patient. That whole hour he was with another patient? At that point you should just tell me to reschedule instead of wasting my time. I had to get up and leave. I literally only needed some medicine prescribed, nothing more nothing less.

Terrible waiting time!!!! So frustrating! I never got in before at least 1 hour of waiting and then, after the nurse check you, I usually spend another 30 min waiting for the dr to come in... if I need blood work or to wait to the nurse again it can be easily 20 min in the room until someone show up. I never spent less than 2 hours there, usually close to 3!!!

I'm a new patient to this facility. It's my second dental appointment as an adult so I was very nervous. I had my initial appointment for xrays and to see if I need any work done. I was scheduled a week later for fillings on my front teeth from childhood dental neglect. They look amazing! This week I go back in for just a couple filings in the back. This time I'm not as nervous because I now know what to expect. However I need 2 pulled in the back and finding an oral surgeon that accepts my insurance seems impossible. I've called every surgeon in my network and they aren't taking outside patients. But this office is wonderful. I'm so glad I found them to be my dentist. I'm thinking to switch my children here for their care, because their current has yet to do my daughter's dental care properly.
