Recently used this office trying to find a new family/primary doctor. My first visit I waited almost 40 minutes in an empty waiting room at 10 something in the morning for my 9:30 apt. Upon seeing the doctor who referred me to a specialist, BUT, never gave me a phone number or specific doctors office to call, just said he would send out a referral.he told me Springfield or marysville, said marysville would be safer for me?? So I go to call said hospital to make an appointment and they’d never even received the referral and had no paperwork linked to me at all. The specialist office was kind enough to reach out to this office, doing the due diligence the west liberty office should’ve been able to figure out.

Katie miller is one of the best drs I have ever had! She has been my dr for last 12 years!!! She is very respectful listen to ur issues and will figure out the best treatment there is for you.

Been going here for a layover a month and it's been absolute hell. I've spent an entire week trying to get my meds refilled and no one can seem to do it. I've had to fill out paperwork 3 times because they still can't find the information and it took a huge 3 week long process to switch from a male provider to a female. Looks like I'll be changing doctors again because this is an absolute joke. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

IF i could give a 0 Star rating i most definitely would.Recently switched doctors office over to this one i went in and got a checkup to beput on the pill (birth conteol) and was completely took of my anxiety meds and upped by 20 mg, 3 days later i have a seizure first time in my life and cant leave the house without having a panic attack, when i go back in for a checkup with my doctor he says that the doctor that was filling in for him shouldnt have upped my meds like that and changed my meds AGAIN, and as i get in my car to leave my mother and sister is sitting inside still waiting on the nurse to come back and make an appointment she hears them saying that nothings ever that serious and im acting ridiculous, yes i understand not eveyonr has panic attacks but everyone has anxiety even if its the littlest bit of it and these are NURSES be professional? I just cried wanting to get help from my doctor so i didnt “look so ridiculous” having panic attacks everytime i leave the house and now i dont wanna go back ! I think that this establishment is completely unprofessional, dont bring your daughters here or anyone !

Kristen Davis CNP, was my provider today. I was really nervous about my appointment. I didn’t know the terminology from a different doctor; and Kristen broke everything down for me and explained whatever I had questions about. She made me feel safe and she reassured me and walked me through the process at my appointment and what would be done. This was the best appointment I have had there.
