THIS IS FOR THE MENTALLY CHALLENGED FOLK! The ones who talk in tounges and have skitzophrenic episodes or hear voices! This place IS Not for us with PTSD and other minor trauma related illnesses! It’s not the kind of place most would want to use only because it’s not a call and make an appointment type place. It’s an urgent care facility for mental health. I just need a counseling session or two and some medication management.
As much grief as I give the Zepf Center, they do offer some great resources for the Toledo community...
I love zepf on central. Joshua Harris has been extremely helpful and nurse Tamika (not sure on spelling) has been a huge help to me as well! So grateful for this place.
Can't get them to call in your medications when you need them their excuse is you missed an appointment so the doctor won't send in the meds you can't help that when you do call them and cancel that appointment because a family emergency still no meds called in an today an hour before my appointment they call and cancel it and still refuse meds screw this place
This place is just a money grab . They don't do anything to help patients to recover and stay clean . Just take your money and make you live in rooms that are depressing just to look at , let alone have to share with someone who may be violent . My daughter struggled with addiction for years . She was In and out of this place . I hated that she had to go there to try to get help . But it is actually one of the better treatment facilities that we could afford . But that's not saying much . She would go into housing there , after detoxing and being clean for a few weeks . She would go in clean stay for a couple months . Then come out addicted to a different drug that she went in for . She detoxed off heroine which was extremely hard . went into housing for a couple months , then came out hooked on crack . She went to detox and got clean again , went back to sober living housing again . And a couple months came out addicted to fentanyl . Finally after detoxing from that on her own . She finally got clean for good . She was moving in with me . So she could have a safe place to live while she got her life back together . But unfortunately her body had been though a lot with her addictions . A few months later she developed kidney and heart problems . But she did manage to find employment an outdoor signage Company . Then she came home one day after working in the sun in 95% weather for 8 hours and suffered a heart attack and passed away at the hospital . I feel this place did not help her at all . They just introduced her to other addicts and their drugs of choice . I know addiction is a terrible thing. I watched it destroy my daughters life . I just wish there was better treatment for addiction around here .
