This place has been able to help my family with some things which I am grateful for. Yet, there are a lot of services that used to offer that they do not offer anymore. I've seen nothing but scathing reviews and let me tell you... This has nothing to do with them disliking you and not offering services that you require or need... Or the rich hating the poor at the moment. This has everything to do with how everyone voted. What did we win voting season? A stripped down service that is now been pushed into a very scary industrial ghetto. The people here are still the same awesome people they always were. They still try to help as much as they possibly can... But it's very important that we vote for these things to get better or they won't... Coming into the review section to complain is not going to do that. Write or call the state rep, senator, governors, or even the mayors office if you want real action. If you still need help? Call 211. Go to findhelpdotorg. Go to local churches, write charities etc.
These type of places are suppose to be here to help people and families in need, but instead don't help at all! Why would you ever want someone to be living in their car or a shelter before helping! Noone should ever have to end up there. If people are reaching out to you because they are homeless with no where to live, they have no address, and even welfare deems them as homeless, they OBVIOUSLY need your help. You are exactly why people n families end up in horrible situations. Smh.
