My specialists did not send the correct paperwork for additional blood tests. The desk clerk actually called my specialist and my nurse practitioner who was off that day. The nurse practioner approved the additional tests. I cannot give enough praises for the nurse practioner Ryan Carpenter and the office staff to get all of this resolved within an hour. This is world class service!!!
