around last year i switched from my primary care to here to see how they were since i was going to therapy aswell. These doctors are no where near the professionals you will find at the pediatrician a few doors down! i told my doctor i was experiencing excessive hair growth and painful periods and i was very angry all the time to which she claimed was “normal” to a 18 year old. Me being young didnt over step and ask her please listen but i knew something’s was wrong so i went to a different doctors office and she told me that they were going to do a blood panel and from there on i could go to a obgyn to figure it out here to find out my testosterone was off the charts and i have PCOS. If you dont know if you dont take care of your body and get yearly checks with pcos you can become diabetic and even as far as getting endometrium cancer!! Also to my psychologist i made it clear i didn’t want to be on medication and she still sent me out the door with bottles of antidepressants and pills to take everytime i “freak out” don’t take your children here and please don’t bring yourself here! They just wanted to make money of medications and not do anything for a person genuinely! Also i’ve been coming here for years and have had 4 counselors quit on me for no reason except they are leaving ?

I went to a doctor's appointment in December for physical health. I informed the doctor that I had a leg condition that I would like to see a specialist about it. The doctor wrote it on a piece of paper and said she would get back to me about it, then had me make an appointment for a month out. When I went back in January, I asked about a specialist for my leg condition, and Doctor Kelley Pastor, the same doctor I had seen a month prior, had no recollection of the conversation we had and did not even bother to put it in my medical chart! The condition I have is hereditary, so it isn't a new condition. The doctor wrote it again on a piece of paper and said she would get back to me. Again. That was three weeks ago. When I called in to ask what to do they said "well that's up to you". So asking for medical advice from Doctor Kelley Pastor was clearly out of the question. On top of that, during my visit in December, I had asked for my nausea medication to be refilled and she completely forgot. I had to call in multiple times and leave multiple voicemails to finally get my medication refilled. Do not go here!!!!

I’m very blessed and grateful to have such great care here. Everyone at crossroads has a huge thanks from me. They have helped me achieve my dreams and become the women I am today. It’s not too late to ask for help.

I regret that I have to do this again. This place might be more hostile than the other one. It's pretty clear they don't care about you the person. They're here to be a part of the machine, to pound you into shape while collecting their money. Talked to someone on the phone - threatened to hang up, because I guess it's the go-to for these people who are in a business that requires communicational awareness. Told that they only do in-person intake, so I better be able to take time off work to come in before 3 one of these days. Utterly ridiculous. Given the above, it's pretty clear what kind of clientele they seek to prey upon and what their ultimate goal is. Hey, as long as you're producing wealth for someone. That's all it ever is in this country. There's a reason why I stopped coming here in the first place. Nothing they did was ever good. At best, it was neutral. These people are gonna get someone killed with the way they respond on the phone. Update - for what it's worth, I sent a message to the email. Haven't heard anything back yet, expectations are low.

IDK how any of the other patients could have any of the problems they claim. Since coming to Crossroads from sig health I've had nothing but great experiences with my primary care Dr Kelly Pastor,my psychiatrist Kim Sanders as well as the secretary's and everyone in the pharmacy I've been able to get appointments in a very timely fashion as well as being able to reschedule. Kim is a very good Dr who I would consider a friend, understanding and very personable. Everyone is helpful and professional and polite I've never had a single issue with a single thing. I can't say anything but good things about the entire staff !
