The dental part of this is very rude that I had my teeth removed a year ago and still have not even started the process went to go start it today and they keep putting it off putting it off putting it off putting it off putting it off finally got an appointment to start it and I'm 1 minute late and because I was one minute late and the lady said that people back there but yet the lobby had been empty for 40 minutes

I have been coming here the last 2 years and I love this place! Today I had a 2:15 pm appt. And waited 5 minutes. By the time Dr. Rice came and went, it was 2:30 pm and she called in my antibiotic to their pharmacy in the same building. I waited 10 mins for my prescription and I was out the door by 2:40 pm with prescription in hand in under a half an hour! So nice not to have to go to Walmart when I’m sick! The service here is always top notch. Staff is super friendly and helpful and Dr. Rice is very compassionate and knowledgeable . She helped me get my health back on track! (I no longer have type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure.) They do take regular insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, and they do have a sliding scale for uninsured, so everyone is welcome. Definitely 5 stars in my book!

Once again at Center street clinic they have not sent my mother’s referral to palliative care so that she can receive help. I’m afraid of something happening to my mother because this clinic refuse to help me it’s been 30 days that my mother of 88 years old was hospitalized and her follow appointment with the doctors team has not been helpful I’m convinced that this clinic does not care about the safety of others

This clinic is very unorganized and un professional I have had terrible service for my mom and I my mom is 88 years old and trying to get her appointments and referrals for pain has been like chasing a dog down the street. CENTER STREET CLINIC in MARION OHIO. I’m calling and doing their Job as far as referrals goThen the medical assistant gave me information that wasn’t accurate concerning my TB test which will probably cause me to be late getting my documents in for school this place has cause me inconvenience all week.

My family recently started getting care here, about 2 months. All the doctors we have seen are great. Dr Garcia is the absolute best, I wouldn't want anyone else to care for my children. Dentistry no complaints either so far. Glad we came here, good doctors, and everything is in the same building.
