In the dental department, some of those guys are impossible. All they want to do is pull your teeth. They should be willing to, and do their best to, save a natural tooth (teeth). I told them, they are not taking any teeth. I told them I'm getting implants. Why? Because I have the money to get implants. The dentist I had should have listened to me and what I told him I wanted, which was a composite and some fillings. Smh

My son began seeing Dr. Carlos last year for ADHD. What started out as a good/decent Experience with Doctor Carlos and 3rd Street has turned into a total nightmare. My son has probably only seen Dr. Carlos in office three times in the past two years. Every appointment Dr. Carlos has either canceled, rescheduled or turned into a telecom appointment. I’ve never called ..canceled not once with my son! My son was being seen every 90 days. He is on monthly medication. I had to call 3rd Street every month and ask for my son‘s refill to be sent somewhere to be filled. Some months I would have to call and leave messages multiple times just to get my son’s medicine filled . There’s always some type of issue every single month. My son has went days without his medicine due to their negligence. Last month, I told them I was going to take him off of the medicine and find a new doctor. They talked to me into staying and scheduling another appointment which I did. This was scheduled for January 9. Doctor Carlos has already canceled that appointment and now rescheduled for February!!!! I work a full-time factory job. I have to put in vacation days and miss work to go to these appointments! I live in Greenwich Ohio. It’s a bit of a distance to drive. My son has to leave School early. To just keep canceling and trying to reschedule, these appointments is not professional. It’s not doable and it’s actually disrespectful to people who are trying to work and give their kid the best care that they can. I do not think there has been one appointment that was not changed or rescheduled in someway by 3rd Street. One time I was on our way to my son‘s appointment and they called and turned it into a telecom appointment within an hour before the appointment. I then had to turn around and go home so me and my son could talk to him on Skype once again another telecom appointment!!! I then have to call 3rd Street back to Schedule his next follow up appointment because Dr. Carlos does not schedule these appointments. I definitely felt. I was doing 95% of the footwork and just running in circles with this Doctor and 3rd Street! Yesterday my son was due for his refill. I called 3rd Street they say it’s been called in. I go to drug Mart. They say it’s not there …I took two trips to drug Mart! I finally call 3rd Street again and they didn’t Complete the prescription process and it did not go through to drug Mart…something about a button that they didn’t push so it didn’t get sent there. It got sent to their pharmacy, but they can’t fill it unless they contact Dr. Carlos And verify this mistake and get it fixed . Doctor Carlos, of course is out of the office Thursday Friday and possibly Monday she said! I said do you guys expect my son to not have his medicine for five days and she pretty much just apologize and didn’t really care??? I’ve never dealt with a doctors office that is so unprofessional and such a chaotic mess that it’s never what it’s supposed to be. There’s issues every single time… every single month. I guarantee there isn’t no issues with them billing my insurance. I guarantee that’s being done correctly, but the care that they are providing is absolutely disgusting. I will never ever ever ever recommend 3rd Street for anything in the medical department to anyone. I’m removing my son from Dr. Carlos’s Care. hopefully i can find a doctor that will actually invest in helping my son with his ADHD, where he gets his medicine filled on time and appointments are scheduled and kept! No stars given because that’s the care my son was given for almost to years . None

Why does your website and google say you guys are open at 7 am but you don’t actually open til 7:30! That’s kinda funny misleading people! Also the sign by the door says 7!! If you are gonna open at 7:30 change the time here on google on the website and on the signage by the doors!! Also I don’t think it’s very safe cause the left the side door open even though they were ‘closed’.

My third street clinic, on third street from mansfield ohio has easily made my life so much easier! the professionalism and work they do is unmatched i promise. the reception is nice, the dentist are nice and the side nurses are wonderful and keep you calm. they assure proper numbing even when stuff goes wrong like a bad needle or improper healing before extractions. twice now they have saved my face and gave me another reason to smile again.

Dr David Hoag and his assistant Jen were very caring and did a fantastic job. The whole place is a Godsend for people who can't afford the outrageous prices out there. Although I had to pay the full price, which is fine. They took me in without a appointment. 5 stars
