Used to go to the dentist, appointment got cancelled 4 times in a row, when I asked the front desk they sounded fed up with the dentist and said "he keeps calling off." Seriously? He single handedly made me wait 2 months because he kept calling off? What a joke

Went in 5 times over a 6 month period for Anxiety and panic attacks from my PTSD from the Army, NO medication that worked was given and i was put off and delayed for an additional 3 months "Doctor had me going unmedicated during this and the 6 months prior" offered them a drug test anything they would need, got a call a few weeks later and they will not accept me as a patient for anxiety anymore, Community Psych doctors wont prescribe the medicine i need and have been on, wont even consider it.. HUGE WASTE OF TIME i have to go spend weeks away from my family now over something as simple as writing the write medicine ive always been on before my doctor retired. HUGE JOKE, And not a funny one..

Usually not bad. Get called back within about 30 to 40 minutes. 🤨,, There's always hiccups in getting an appointment scheduled for sure. //. Having a Call Center is just down right a pain in the rear, seriously. Many Patients have the same issues, you seem to get folks who have no clue as to what goes on at your Drs office!! U get put on hold numerous times and they still are stumped! 😡. Would REALLY be good to be able to speak to someone at. OUR OFFICE, where our files are at, and ppl who KNOWS US! PLZ put it back that way, ☹️🤞🍀🙏!! Btw folks, Kaleb Wilkins is Leaving MVHC on OCTOBER 19TH!!!! Be nice if they would have given us at least a months notice!?! ☹️🙏🤷🏻♀️. /. last to know. God bless.

This place used to be better.. my doctor never seems to be available anymore I always have to see someone else. The kids doctor takes FOREVER. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or they add you that day, you are waiting 30 sometimes 45 minutes which is extremely difficult to do with children. I don’t know if they are overbooking her or she just talks to much in between appointments but I’m starting to think about switching my family to an entire different doctors office all together. It’s not just once it’s every time we go we have to wait almost an hour sometimes for the doctor to come in!

Friendly, courteous and very competent staff! Been in and out in an hour or less, twice. Only gave a four star rating because they don't have any Sunday hours. Clean facility! So nice having a quick care in our county!!
