Horrible customer service if you want to wait months for them to do anything (like faxing the PRESCRIPTION THEY PRESCRIBED to literally anywhere. I had to wait 4 months for them to fax over my dental records so I could get my wisdom teeth out. After 20 phone calls me going IN TO TELL THEM TO FAX IT.. and they just wouldn’t, also the person names LOLLY at the front desk needs to be FIRED. Horrible woman. Multiple times she has hung up on me simply bc I’m ASKING FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOB. And when when I called you LAUGHED AT ME WHEN U PUSSHED ME INTO A PANIC ARTACK AND THEN WHEN I SAID THANKS FOR PUTTING ME IN A PANIC ATTACK YOU SAID YOUR WELCOME!!!!! Horrible PEOPLE !!!! Who does that to someone his mentally ill??!

Only giving a one star because I have to. This place is a joke. Boyfriend had an appointment to have teeth removed and dr cancelled due to storm okay that’s fine wait another two weeks and my boyfriend gets there and the receptionist very rudely states they don’t accept his insurance. He told them his insurance prior to scheduling. It was the only reason he booked with them after they told him they accept his insurance. But to be told the day he was supposed to have painful teeth removed they won’t see him unless he pays out of pocket. Extremely unprofessional in not advising before hand they don’t accept his insurance. Now to find a provider who does accept his insurance and do the scheduling and waiting game all over again.

Did not have a great experience for myself for my first visit and my teeth are in worst condition which sucks but the receptionist would call me to cancel each appointment I had and I've already waited over a course of months😠I really need work done badly.. but they were so nice to my little one.

Usually not much of a wait they seem to get you in and out fairly quickly and I was able to schedule my appt within a week of calling!

I like coming to LCH&D, they are pretty quick about getting you in and out for your appointments! I love the dental hygienist that works with me, she’s super amazing and so easy to talk to. She doesn’t shame me for not being able to brush my teeth or floss consistently (recently a new mom). Instead she’s very understanding and has given me tips on how to get back into a normal routine! This place will continue to be my go-to for dental work 😊
