Andrea Eschel doesn't listen, and she, as well as the receptionists are unprofessional. They laugh at people in the lobby and in my experience just simply don't care. I understand it's a business but it's a serious service people come for, and if they don't have the empathy to listen to their patients than they should at least have the work ethic to listen.

My house burnt down have no car on oxygen disabled can't work can't get housing went to homeless shelter stayed a week had go to hospital for bronchitis for a week didn't get see caseworker in hospital got out told them everything they put me in East Liverpool for 4 days 30 days are up no other shelters around have opening. Family can't take me in the left me in EastLiverpool have leave hotel no place to go they say 30 days are up not there problem anymore kicked me to curb on my own no place to go won't even let me come there and wait community actions nope I'm not there problem anymore they said kicked to curb no place to go wonderful place they claim to help and do anything for you but once 30 days up not there problem that needs be fixed 🤯😢😢

Dr. Mcabee is the only doctor I trust, she deserves endless star's for doing her job well. Dr. Mcabee always takes her time with me too listen to my concerns. My pain management Dr. always makes me feel as if he does not care, no respect always sending me to Sue for my medications, Sue is the only one there who cares! I can't seem to tell him anything, I feel bullied and taking advantage of my treatment and medical records they need a patient portal. Every other doctor I see has one! I got billed twice for the same test too, they had my husband's test paper on my file to sign and his on his file to sign, so both had my husbands name on it, I want to see signature of other test they charged my insurance for. They need to slow down and make sure patients are getting treated from their files and needs and not other files! Thank God I noticed that, Dan shredded it, and said good thing you noticed it. It makes me wonder whose file my test to sign was on? just know they made a mistake, as they have in the past! The only reason I got my MRI on elbow because there was another doctor there doing all pain management doctors work, he left there because of the frustration of the pain doctor not doing his job which is UNFAIR which he emphasized his frustration to me many times about how pain management doctor had way to many appointments not updating medical records heck I got x-rays done with the other doctor to update my files because they were so out of date, he cared and listened. But that was a long while ago. I thought pain management was the doctors responsibility to keep medical records updated , it's pretty sad. I'll seek out to someone who cares Dr Mcabee! Pretty bad I haven't had an MRI of my neck since 2020 that Dr. Mcabee had to order, I actually feel like I have to beg to get answers from pain management. I know that Dr. Mcabee listens to all my concerns. I only see Dr Mcabee every 6 months or if I have other issues, I get more out of her visits, then I do every month at pain management!
