I like my provider Dr. Emily Mehran. What I don't like is that I had an appointment on September 5th at 2 o'clock. I called family health suite 2 on my way to family health, I told them I'm running a little behind and they said OK, as long as you are here by 2:10. I said my map is telling me E.T.A is 2:09. She said if it's after the 10 minute mark I will have to reschedule. I pulled in parking lot, parked and proceeded to get out of my van at 2:09. A woman from family health suite 2, calls me and says you had an appointment at 2 o'clock. I said yes, I know I'm here and getting out of my car. What's the reason you couldn't be here at 2 in a rude tone. I told her that I had an appointment earlier that morning in Centerville and I was driving back to Greenville from Dayton. I said I'm right here in the parking lot. I'm getting out of my car right now. She's said its 2:10 and you might have to reschedule, I don't know if they'll see you. I asked so will you see me or no? She repeated herself again about rescheduling. I said you know what I'm going to go ahead and leave because it sounds like you won't see me and Im not going to come in for you to tell me I have to reschedule. I don't know who she is in the reception area but she doesn't need to be working in a doctor's office and be rude to patients. She wouldn't have a job if us the patients didn't need medical help. I hope she reads this, go find your other calling, you sound burned out, lady or go down the hall to get therapy at Family Behavioral Health.

Dr. Abigail Riegle is hands down the BEST pediatrician we’ve ever been to. She was so patient and so kind with my 3 and 6 year. She was very thorough with my daughter’s treatment plan and addressed any questions and concerns then and there. My kids have always been so nervous and uncooperative with their doctors in the past but they had not a single issue with Dr. Riegle and let her do what she needed to do without a fuss. So grateful for Dr. Riegle!

I took my child here. The very very first appointment that my child had she wanted to call and release his private information that he confidentially told her. If you want your child to have a counselor who will listen do not take your child here. She is not trustworthy she is manipulative no longer want to go to counseling no longer trust people she will make it where they become standoffish and not trust adults so please don't take them to family health counseling find any other place there's plenty of other counselors around that you can trust your kids with family health is not one of them.

Truly the rudest office I've had he displeasure of working with and that's saying something because I've dealt with a lot of offices and rude front desk people. This takes the cake though. From trying for weeks just to make the appointment, to the actual appointment these people are just nasty in every single interaction and they don't try to hide it. It's like they try so hard to get you not to use them. I've never experienced anything like it. SO disappointing.

The staff at this office are completely unprofessional. During a visit in suite 4, staff were openly talking poorly about a patient using their first and last name. The conversation was loud enough to be heard not only by that particular patient in the room, but other patients as well. It is not only extremely rude for staff to behave this way, but is also a violation of that patient's privacy. I was disgusted to hear about this interaction and sincerely hope those involved learn from this and better themselves as human beings.
