Dr. Crapp is a top notch dentist. Both my son and I go here. I hate going to the dentist, and he made sure I was very comfortable during my visits. All of the staff in this department that I have dealt with are very pleasant as well. I've had to change my appointments several timea, and they have been very patient with me. I would highly recommend.
I can see why they only get about a 2.9 rating. While most of the people I've seen there are friendly, there are some that just seem like nothing will make them happy. And if you're in a hurry for results, don't tell them because it seems like it's taking a extra long time to get them, had to call again to get them sent.
Dr Krapp is terrible. My gf went to him and he said she needed 12 fillings when her last dentist said she didn’t have any cavities and then he did her filling behind her front tooth wrong which was causing her to be in serve tooth pain in her front tooth we went to him again and told him about the pain he did nothing but say “I have no idea why that could be happening” and proceeded to say it was from teeth grinding the pain went on for about 2 more weeks of excruciating pain she had to deal with going to the Er twice while he refused to get her in earlier than a month later. She went to a different dentist which told her the pain was from his filling being done too close to the nerve and she needs a root canal they took care of it all now she has no pain. Needs to be fired TERRIBLE DO NOT EVER GO TO KRAPP
Dr. Crapp was so kind! Very understanding about my dental anxiety and made sure I was totally comfortable before he even began. I definitely recommend!
Cannot recommend NOT going here enough. I was sick & called to reschedule my appointment when the office opened that morning (since it was for therapy- can’t very well speak when I’m coughing up a lung), however that was less than 4 hours before my appointment was scheduled. I received a notice that since I had “cancelled” my appointment within 4 hours that it counted as a no show. I appealed through their online process- since having pneumonia and bronchitis should be seen as a reasonable reason to reschedule my appointment. It was denied. When I called to ask what to do they suggested next time that I should call… before I am sick?? They’ve cancelled my appointments before AS I walked in the door due to my dr going home sick yet I’m not given the same courtesy? I called as soon as I possibly could. Might as well cancel all your upcoming appointments as well just in case you get sick that day too- so you can make sure you give them enough notice. I mean my other option is come in and spread pneumonia & bronchitis around the office- which seems like a “community health” oriented answer… right??
