This man is god sent Emmanuel Dsouza, APRN I am so impressed by his interaction with patients and willingness to show care and compassion. I see 10 different specialist and has done more for me than most of them combined.
My provider is amazing. The Office staff lacks on many levels. A personality and compassion from the office staff is obviously not a requirement.
Me and my husband loves Dr. Barnes she's very professional and she listens and explains things throughly. I love that I can discuss anything with Dr. Barnes and receive feedback. She tells me what I need to hear and not what I want to hear. Thank you Dr. Barnes for everything.
Their scheduling team is rude and unprofessional. I had a temporary filling put in my tooth in February. The earliest they could get me in was June 25 to have it taken out! On May 22 I had called to get another appointment made during that time they had mistakenly canceled my June 25th appointment and gave it to another patient!. Now i have to wait till August. I asked how can they let that happen. The representative was unprofessional which prompted me to speak a supervisor. The superior turned the situation around and made it seem like it was my mistake not theirs!. If they would have done their job correctly they would have seen I have other tooth work I need done..
Staff is super unprofessional. Makes fun of patient with anxiety and criticizes patients who couldn't get seen by a dentist for so long and their teeth went bad. Tells patient to stop crying when they're in pain/scared. Don't use community centers of greater dayton. Procedure wasn't even finished and left with hole in mouth and half left from root canal, and told to call another dentist.
