SOUTHEAST INC operates the following service delivery sites. All locations provide care regardless of ability to pay.
Walked in a walked right back out the door when the receptionist had the audacity to yell at a colleague over food being dropped off.. this is literally a facility to care for people's mental health and well-being, and you're in here yelling about someone grabbing THEIR lunch that they literally paid for. You're the front desk receptionist. JUST the receptionist. Remember why you have a job here at all.
I had an appointment with Dr Hasan and I called a head of time to see if it can be moved to be virtual and I asked to give me a call back. I also emailed Southeast Healthcare asking the same thing. I heard nothing back.
When I call for refills on meds I get a message that some will get back with me in 24 hrs. Never have I ever received a return call. I been going to Southeast for 10 years. They know the meds I'm on are very important. How can I believe they truly care ?
The psychological aspects of care here are decent but the OFFICE OF DR CHARLES HUBER has INCOMPREHENSIBLE phone service with care manager, and INCOHERENT communication between the care coordinator and the doctor. The doctor also explains himself poorly and is petty and condescending. They just pulled my pain meds prescription because I refuse to accept an incorrectly written prescription. It took me three and a half weeks to get ahold of the office and I could only get a hold of them after complaining to every available resource online with the corporation. After finally getting ahold of someone it took five phone calls to get one single message question answered. I still don't have my pain meds...This office is HORRIBLE DONT USE THEM
Southeast dental is located at 16 W Long Street. You check-in with the front desk. You may have to sit in the lobby to wait or escorted to the elevator by the security guard. It is on the 5th floor and you will exit to the right. You will either check in with front desk person or the hygienist who cleans your teeth. She ( the hygienist) is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist will clean your teeth thoroughly and answer any questions you might have. The entire visit will take about 1 hr ( if your teeth are in need of a basic checkup and cleaning). I only gave the place 4 stars because you rarely get a reminder about your appointment and you can never reach anyone when transferred to the department. If you are a new patient, you might have to have xrays and other things done on one day and reschedule for another day to get your cleaning done. They offer a payment plan based on what you can pay, but will still render services if you cannot pay. It is not a bad place to go.
