Called to make an appointment, they told Me I’d have to wait until June because I’m a new patient…. A 5 month wait is insane…
Only place I’ve ever been heard and it can take a bit longer to see your provider or get to the fixing but you know that you’ll be heard and they will do their best to figure out a way to help. Can’t express my appreciation of their empathy for their patients and them showing me there are still healthcare professionals who are in the profession because they want to help
LLS operates like a hospital and treat you like you're a favorite neighbor. I came away better and still am.
I called today to ask for an appointment for my pregnant wife and she is suffering from pain and they told me the earliest appointment in April because she is a new patient!
I called and set up another date appointment for an obgyn I’m 10 weeks pregnant and the date was set for August 25, at 10:30 me and my husband was heading out the door when they called and just now told me it would be a telehealth phone appointment which was never said before so I waited and waited for a phone call but they never even called me. That’s highly unprofessional so I definitely will not be coming back or having my baby here thank ya…for nothing.
