The ancillary staff are HORRIBLE. If It wasn’t for the amazing APRN Grace Wiredu, I would never ever go to this facility for care. The rudeness and the unprofessionalism from the Nurse assistances to the Receptionists is top-tier. The executives of this facility should go in there undercover just to see for themselves the horrible and professionalism..
My visit was okay. I am very happy with what this clinic does for the community and people who don't have insurance. And my doctor was very knowledgeable. That said, I was definitely rushed in my appointment. She continuously cut me off and just left and didn't come back before I could ask the questions I had. I may look for another clinic for my primary care.
Dr. Florence take the time to truly listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel cared for—not just treated. I always leave appointments feeling reassured and confident in my health plan. ~Estella
The wait is very long. They don't take you in quick. You either wait 1 hour in a waiting room or in a room. I don't think it's right. Makes me mad every time I come. I have to wait that long and the whole process is like 2 hours. So not right. If you have appointment at 1115 you will be waiting for an hour to see a doctor. You will not be called to a room at 1115. No. Every appointment the same wait.
I’ve been coming in there for years love the express the weight can get a little lengthy sometimes but other than that, I think that it’s a really good place and I want to go there as long as I can. The people are kind the doctors and nurses are kind. The staff is Kind and they treat you with respect they don’t make you feel like an outcast. They really show how much they care about you and they take their time to explain to you and also ask questions and I like that in a facility.
