The staff treated myself and my clients with respect and I'm thankful for that.
Very disappointed with the services I received here. Had a filling done almost 3 weeks ago and have been in intense pain since the end of the appointment. I have tried to reach out to the office multiple times, messaged through my chart, left voicemails, and even requested a virtual appointment to try and connect with someone. Haven't heard a word outside of a call center agent who transferred me to a voicemail I'm not even 100% sure was my dentist. It has been over 5 days since that call and I have not gotten a call or message back. I think Dr. Buller did fine work, I'm just having a complication. But the lack of communication towards a patient experiencing pain is concerning enough to take my needs elsewhere. ***An update for everyone. This team did an awful job and actually caused additional complications with my tooth. I now have to wait until mid January to get this taken care of which equals over 3 months of chronic pain caused by this dentist. Stay away, they still haven't contacted me back!
The worst experience the lady at the service desk was very rude I ask her a question she was ignoring me also when I told her to get my Bestfriend from the desk due to a emergency she lied and told me she did, when he finally came out the back I ask him did anybody tell you we had a family emergency he said they didn’t tell me nothing so ask I walked out something told me to go back in, so I did when I went back in she was laugh with the cop who was sitting there witnessing everything she was very unprofessional a lack of carelessness I urge you not to go there.I did record her and took pics as well for proof.you can on the first pic she was laughing when she notice I was doing it she tried to be serious. I recommend y’all to go to the Care alliance on Central there very good there
Went here after I lost my insurance. Had an amazing experience with the therapist! But one of the PCP I had a very bad experience with. I believe her first name was Faith. I asked to have a medical form filled out for the gas company and she was very offended and quite frankly rude about it. When she said no I said ok and started to tear up. She said “that’s all you came here for!?” And then walked out of the exam room, didn’t even check my other concerns. I left and a few minutes later she called and apologized. I appreciated the apology but the whole experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Her reaction seemed very out of place.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Went in as a walk in, sat for over 4 hours before I finally decided to leave without ever being seen. First, it took the incompetent middle aged chick at the front desk over 2.5 hours to even verify my insurance. Why, who knows? After she finally did, she told me that I would be called shortly. Waited another almost hour and a half before I approached the desk again, only to be told that they have appointments and it's not even a guarantee that I would be seen. (Mind you when I arrived she asked if I was in pain to which I was and said yes it was excruciating) I just left.....extremely unprofessional, unacceptable and unethical . I ended up going to Hylan dental and was in and out in less than 3 hours for a tooth extraction
