I was happy with this place and the doctors there until recently. my doctor left and I've not been contacted or receive any messages about appointments.... Sadly I no longer feel this is a safe practice for me to stick with being on the transplant list
The worst experience the Doctor's don't listen to you I do receive Medicaid and asked for prescriptions that the rn debated with me on if I could financially pay for I had to ask four times for her to ask my doctor to prescribe me the medicine. They also did a ultrasound for me then four days later I had bleeding found out I had a subcromic hematoma at the er then after leaving the er to schedule an appointment for something scary they couldn't even get me an appointment until three weeks out. I don't recommend them if you want a healthy safe pregnancy
I called to confirm my new appointment time, but I'm on hold for over 4 hrs and ultimately hang up because they are now closed. My previous appointment was canceled unbeknownst to me and I never received a cancelation phone call.
Everything was great when I first started going there for menopause related issues. I really liked the OB I was seeing. He seemed to care & listened to what I had to say. Now, I can't get them to refill prescriptions or respond to me. I've contacted the prescription refill line, messaged the doctor personally & called the office! I'm having to stop another prescription because it isn't safe to take without the other one. I stopped going to the general practice part of the building for the same reason. I'll be looking for new providers.
I'm writing this as I still wait to see the Dr 30 minutes after my appointment time. This place makes me feel dirty overall it is dirty. I can hear the staff laughing and being loud right outside my door. I also heard my entire chart being rattled off to the Dr. If I could hear it that means other patients could to which is a major hippa issue. If I didn't have an issue I would have already left. Update my appointment was at 1:10 it is now 3 and I am finally done
