Avoid this place for pregnancy visits. I've been having complications with my pregnancy that have been completely brushed off. I had two ER visits related to my pregnancy in between appointments, and they seemed to not care at all about my concerns. On top of that, they never sent my prescriptions in to my pharmacy until I called and complained (4 days after my appointment). Then, even though I provided them with my insurance information, I was sent a bill from them. They do not care about their patients, and only view you as a paycheck. I am currently going to a different office and I suggest everyone do the same.
I have a lot of health concerns and Autism as well as medical trauma so finding a doctor for me was really difficult but Alliance Family Health Clinic has been nothing but AMAZING. Doctor Meadows is always kind and helpful and I also go to the women's health clinic and as itd my first I found it very wonderful and the staff are always kind and helpful! LOVE THIS CLINIC
This is the worst place myself and my girlfriend have ever had the misfortune of going to. They will keep you on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up. They have changed dates and canceled appointments without any notice. They have withheld medications from her for weeks because they have to retake the same test 3 different times. Seriously any where else is better, these people suck and have no clue what they're doing
Goodluck getting ahold of anyone. poorest communication and your doctor will never be in anymore apparently. All I need is my records transferred so I can go to a better clinic and they didn’t inform me of anything i needed to sign, simply told me all I was going to have to do was call and tell them the information but apparently not. Biggest headache and not the stress I did not need at 18 weeks pregnant and now I’m probably not even going to be able to get an appointment until after my 20 weeks mark because they cant just pick up the phone. and I haven’t even got proper prenatal care because they can’t inform you if they sent anything to the pharmacy either.
I’ve been going here for a year or so having relocated to Deerfield from Akron. I’ve primarily been seen by Jessica whom my wife accidentally loves and adores and I’ve had nothing less than great treatment from her.....I keep getting poison ivy over and over and over.... no more fighting poison ivy for me... this Deerfield poison ivy is brutal. I have seen Dr.Lee one time and he seems very sincere and genuinely cares. The office is clean the staff seems thorough. Just don’t even try a walk in if you don’t have patience, otherwise my wife and I can certainly recommend this facility😇
