I enjoy this place for services only IF I advocate for myself. The doctors I have are pretty good given the oversaturate of patients. HOWEVER. There is a psychiatrist here that works on the probational court side that just writes off her patients and doesn't help them. She literally put in a file of someone I know, "doesn't want to work because they don't want to work anywhere that drug tests". Which is SO untrue it's ridiculous and offensive. Why the hell are you working with addiction/recovering addicts if you aren't going to help them? To put them on more sleeping medication and write them off? You're not seemly helping anyone Dr. Queen, with that additude. Doctors, especially psychiatrists, like her are a big reason people don't believe in getting therapy or psychiatric help. Do better. To be mandated to see a doctor like her by the courts is a disservice to every patient put with her.

Billing my insurance for social worker phone conversations with my mother was the final straw. I had no knowledge of the conversations until my insurance pinged me.

I'm writing a new review on this place. Seems like it is a slight bit better but it still sucks.. the therapist Lindsey pearl is amazing compared to some of these other clown people working here. Dr Schwartz no one thats seen that dumb lady liked her. She should get fired from here. Then I was switched to someone that was basically a student worker she was decent. After that I got switched to vilaba and she didn't have any knowledge whatsoever about prescribing medication. For ptsd she prescribes a medication that shouldn't be prescribed to people without high blood pressure, its called mini press. Even on all of these mental health medications I've tried my heart rate is still over 100 bmp every single day (except 10-15 days) for the last 4 years.

I am over this place. I got that Dr Schwartz and can't stand her. She is forcing messed up injections on me that made the electronic harassment even worst. She doesn't listen to what I say. I have an honorary degree in Nursing and kno for fact the Dr's motto is 'Do no HARM'. Well, Dr Schwartz is harming me with her messed up diagnosis and medicine. My 1st, 4th and 14th constitutional amendments are stripped from me. My PTSD continues to get worst. I feel the doctor made a deal with the Devil and may know who is behind this harassment that I receive. I have proof of such harrasment and she ALWAYS tries to attribute it to something else that makes no sense. According to the doctor, the Judge says I can only be on certain medications. Well, there are more classes of psych meds besides only an anti=psychotic. Alyssa was the only nice person I had, but she is no longer my case worker. I will be glad to be done with these people and to get my VA benefit back. The VA treats you better.

I cried in my psych's office for an hour over the anxiety that I've been having. Even though I have a history of being on a certain medication, she refused to prescribe it. Instead she prescribed me a Beta Blocker that gave me an allergic reaction that almost killed me, and Lamictal that causes severe skin reactions, knowing that my skin has literally been falling off my body for months. I have been seeing her for six years, and for her to just watch me sob about my anxiety and be so callous- never again. I will never return and I suggest no one else ever go.
