Dentist refuse to pull teeth until she had a full statement from my chemo doctor from 2 years ago stating that the chemo drugs I took two years ago would not affect the two teeth that I needed to pull and then when she had that statement she still refused to pull the teeth and rescheduled my appointment. When my next appointment came up they called me and decided that they could not pull my teeth after all and had to send me out for a referral for oral surgery. This office is a complete joke. We did a total of 4 months with these people to have two teeth pulled and was in complete pain the whole time
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seemed extremely interested in helping me with my needs. I have only used the medical and chiropractor. The dental doesn't see adults because they are extremely understaffed. I use a different local dentist for my daughters and me. I also use a different vision clinic so I can't review the eye doctor. The social workers are also amazing.
Staff is extremely kind. They have treated my daughter so well. They were able to get her in back to back for some work. I do wish they had more staff so adults can be seen.
I've been dealing with excruciating tooth pain that landed me in the ER yesterday morning, and it's only getting worse. I've called 2 days in a row now as soon as they open to be told "sorry, we're full try again tomrorow". Honestly its ridiculous. I understand others needing in but what's the point of calling every single day for a dental emergency when you can even get seen? They need to have more spots open.
This place use to be amazing and now I despise it. Everytime I went I would have to wait longer than an hour at times. But if you are a minute late they won't see you. The male nurse at the front desk with a mullet, and I think attempt at a mustache, is someone you want to avoid going to. Been coming here for years and now I'm unfamiliar with anyone there. Horrible place.
